Soft Fender Skirts

Soft Fender Skirts
I have searched everywhere looking to see if the 97-03 4x4 trucks came with what I call soft fender skirts. These are the flexible rubber pieces that attach to the bottom of the hard inner fender liner above the front suspension. It's purpose is to keep water and mud from splashing onto the engine in extreme mud conditions. Every 4x4 I have owned has had them. There appear to be holes for the push in plastic body bolts to hold them in place. They basically become useless if you add a body lift. Just trying to see if Ford or aftermarket sells replacements. Since ours is a 98, and we are the third owner, I figure they either rotted off, or someone pulled them off while working on the front end. Thanks.
