which timing chain set do I buy ? Integrated or non integrated camshaft sprocket

Hello I am changing my Head gaskets on my 03 f 150 5.4 and since I was in there I was going to change my timing chain as well. I seen they have two different kits integrated and non integrated camshaft sprockets. I called ford and mine is a non integrated style. My question is can I get a integrated set since it is cheaper, from the best I can tell the only difference is the non integrated comes with cam sprockets. Is there any difference in any of the other parts? Is there any reason I should consider changing the Cam sprockets?
Thanks

Change the cam sprockets as they wear as well as the chain since they contact each other. The Motorcraft parts are best but do not come in a kit. I would use the iron tensioners from an '98 model.
