welcome back mark, I hear you on the humidity! I was in Tulsa Oklahoma last week and Baltimore MD. the week before, seen more humidity and rain than i have seen in the last year here in az.

oops...need another welcome back...just spent 5 days at Tempe St Lukes hospital with pneumonia...and while recovering I needed 2 units of whole blood because of anemia!

 

Wow Mark, Sorry to hear of your health issue. My best friend has anemia. He has to get blood every few weeks. I suggested taking a COMPLETE B COMPLEX to him. When I talked to him the other day via phone he said he thinks it is helping him. He says he feels a little better.

 

I take b12 and a b complex, they also gave me two iv's containing magnesium

 

Sounds like your doing everything I know of. B complex is the one vitamin that is very important in blood production. Taking B vitamins in a complete complex is important because they all work together. My mother taught me that 30 years ago.
