Hello

My name is Mike. I have owned my 1965 F100 since I was 15. My dad and I went through the truck (frame off) at 15 years old and I enjoyed driving it to shows, the Turkey Rod Run in Daytona, and several other venues for about 5 years.

The engine took a dive on me, I had started a family and money wasn't there to fix the truck so it has sat for a good number of years.

I am now in a position to again work on and enjoy the old girl so I have sat down and made some plans. Through searching the net for ways I want to take the truck and instructions on how to accomplish my modifications I found this site.

Im happy to be here and see there is a great deal of information to be had. A LOT of knowledge floating around this forum.

Thanks for the add and one day I hope I can help someone out as much as I hope I can get the help I need.

Thank you. I will try and post some pictures as soon as I can. Its in shambles compared to what it used to be. Its not in horrid shape by any means, but it was a show truck.

My dad would only allow me to build it to a 302 at 16 years old (although I wanted a Cleveland).

My plans are to sub the front with a CV and the rear with a Mark VIII. Im up in the air over an engine at this time. Im really thinking about stroking a 351w and building a Clevor with some Aussie heads.
