I want to replace my center seat with the factory center console, anyone with an XLT with adobe interior that have a console, but would rather have the center seat with the flip down console? Let's trade!

 

nobody wants to give up that console! I will find one sooner or later.

Yea I have been watching, the Superduty consoles are much easier to get because of Ambulance conversions.

 

I too want to swap a center seat for a console. My 2011 Screw is Grey though.

 

I have one but no way I am getting rid of it, it rocks! That is exactly why I ordered mine, cause there are very few XLT's on the lot with the console.

Same here. I've been looking for one since November 2010.

 

Wouldn't be a huge pain removing the steering gear shift lever and hook in the center console shifter?
I do love the center console I wouldn't want the truck without it.

 

The XLT's only have a console, not the flow through with the floor shifter like the Lariats and above models. No need to do anything with the shifter.

 

Ah thats right I forgot there where two center consoles. I was thinking it was the big flow through like my FX4 has than bench. I had to look up the other online never seen one before at a dealer. I wonder why they are so uncommon. in an XLT i would much rather have that extra storage than the seat.

 

This would be a really need idea. Has anyone successfully completed one of these swaps? If so can you post some pictures.

I also have the middle seat and it would be interesting to see the swap out.
