CMS sensor

CMS sensor
Bit of a story here so please bare with me. I just replaced the wiring harness in my 1999 F150. The closest I could find was a 2000 F150 but everything matched up with the exception of the ABS module and the fog light wires. I swapped out the connector to the ABS module and am not worried about the fog lights right now.
The only other difference is in the BJB. On my 1999 there is a separate fuse (#24) for the automatic transmission and the CMS sensor. On the 2000, the doner truck, the same fuse (#23) also works the HEGO Sensor and Canister Vent.
I drove the truck and it runs but I haven't had it long enough to tell if it is running funny or if it is just different from what I am used to.
I figure the easiest way to check it out would be to check the CMS sensor to see if it has voltage. If it does then everything should be fine right? Only problem is that I don't know where the CMS sensor is? Is that the same as the oxygen sensors?

From my research, CSM would be the Central Security Module used in some equipages of different truck models and years.
For example, a CSM is not used on a Super Crew.
It could be the listing you show might be a printing error as CMS instead of CSM.
Happens often in all kinds of publications from a proof reading failures.
Good luck.

But I looked up the owners manuel for the 2000 F150 and it has fuse #23 as: HEGO Sensor, Canister Vent, Automatic Transmission, CMS Sensor
Basically they combined the 2 circuits into one fuse but what are the chances of the same error in the same spot the next year?
I still have the old harness that I took off, maybe I can just tear it apart and see where the wires go.

"CMS" right out of the Ford 2011 OBD System Operation manual is: "The rear HO2S is also known as the Catalyst Monitor Sensor (CMS)" Ford Part number BL3Z-9G444
Also known as "lower oxygen sensor"

Bank 1= passenger side, Bank 2 = driver side. But sensors are the same part number left or right. The only difference is upstream vs down stream have different parts.
