Correct me if im wrong, but towing this truck with a dolly can it still burn up the tranny? no need for a driveshaft disconnect?

Be very careful if you plan on loading it backwards on the dolly. Any play in the steering will allow the truck to wander or wag side to side, creating a very dangerous situation. Had to do this once, couldn't get over 30 mph without truck/dolly wanting to cross centerline or hit the ditch. Best just to drop the driveshaft and load it right.
