Concerned about my EOT/ECT spread after all the work Ive done

My spread before was 9-10 and now is steady at 12-13.

I changed the HPOP, oil cooler and screen, ICP, IPR, EGR cooler deleted, 4 inch turbo back exhaust and Atlas 40 FICM tune.

Any thoughts/help is appreciated.
Paul

Did you flush the coolant system prior to the work? Is it the original coolant pump?

Are your oil anc coolant temps the same after a "cold soak" overnight?

Also - did you install a ford oil cooler?

Yes and yes. Ford oil cooler and coolant flush right before I did the work. Now has ELC in it with distilled water.

I'll let you know on the cold soak tomorrow since I just started driving it for real today.

Boy is this truck fun/fast with the Atlas 40!!

I don't know if its the original coolant pump. Bought the truck at 152K miles and now has 206K. Didn't have any problems with it before though even towing 11k 5th wheel.

Oops, forgot about the T-stat, I changed that also.
The EOT before would be in the upper190s with coolant in the upper 180s.

Now I have EOT at 212-213 with ECT at 190-192.

The EOT holds at 212-213 from 60 MPH to in the low 70's

Have not changed the cap yet either.

You could try taking the oil filter back out and making sure it seated correctly. Is ot an OEM oil filter?

But of course! :-) I listen to what is said here. lol

Its a brand new filter and oil. We have a 550 mile camping trip coming up at the end of July so I need to get this resolved soon. Appreciate all the help.

I would verify the cold soak temps before worrying too much. If it is 12-13 degrees (at the proper test conditions), then that is not good, but it isn't a big enough problem to require immediate action.
