Theory proven. One of my (factory original) fuel pumps is failing (actually the entire FDM cause the check valve is leaking too), and I only have ~32 PSI when running on that one. I do have both 0172 and 0174 fault codes in memory, and she DOES miss under load, but is perfectly smooth when cruising or at idle.

We are in the same boat lol But I only seen a lean code twice on my scanner . Does it matter what pump you replace first front or rear? My rear tank gets 49PSI but leaks off front gets 43psi but holds. I would like to replace the front first.

I just wanted to let everyone know it was the the pump I put the old regulator back on it was good and got my money back on it. I replaced the Front tank fuel pump, with old pump I was getting 42psi to 43psi Max. I installed the new pump (it had the factory one in it still 131K) I now have 52PSI and holds on the front tank. The rear tank still needs replaced it get 49psi and drops so the check vavle is bad.

Thanks for everyones help!

Awesome! Glad to hear you got it running strong, and thank you for reporting your fix. It helps when people do a search, and can see what worked for others.
