Help needed
Hey guys, new to this forum! I recently got a 95 e350 turbo diesel power stroke. The other day I drove it a few miles then parked. When I tried to start it again, the 'engine temp' light came on and it would not start. I tried a few more times then popped the hood and let it sit for a few minutes. Tried one more time and it started right up. A few days later the 'water in fuel' light came on briefly but the van started with no problems. Parked for a few minutes and noticed fluid on the ground under the front of the vehicle. Seemed to be water. I'm new to these vehicles so any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

I see you stated "fluid" rather than "coolant" in your initial post. FWIW, if you using the air conditioner before you parked, the "fluid" could be condensation and is normal.
Coolant will have a greenish tint. If the "fluid" is greenish, that would be something to investigate further, as others have previously posted.
