Autozone sells a wiring plug to go with the new valve. You will have to do a little re-wiring to match the factory wires to the new wiring plug. And the new valve comes with different type barbs for the fuel lines. I believe Ford used o-ring quick disconnect fittings. You will have to use short pieces of hose and hose clamps to adapt the Ford lines to the new valve.
Other than that, the new valve functions exactly like the old one, and is really made by the same company(Pollack). Pollack just made a custom valve for Ford, Autozone sells their generic valve.

Pollak 6 port valves with the pigtail are sold by many companies.
Wells, Airtek and SMP all rebadge the same valve.
Best deal I've found is ~$75 delivered on Ebay.
