unpinning and repinning a plug on the TFI module

The plug that plugs into the TFI module has broken tabs and has a tendency to fall out of the TFI. How do you remove the little red retainer that holds the wires into the plug so that I can replace the plug and repin all the wires? 90 Ranger with 2.9/auto

Are there little tangs for each metal terminal that you can depress with a very small screwdriver to release each metal terminal?
