These days it is sometimes hard to find a company who will stand behind their product and offer GREAT customer service.

A few weeks ago the tonneau cover on my truck removed itself from the bed of the truck doing 55 miles per hour down the highway - not much of it left when I went to get the pieces - contacted Bestop: Truck and Jeep Accessories and explained the situation and they agreed to replace the tonneau - I requested that it be replaced with one that rolls up rather than fold up like the one I purchased since I could not see the 5th wheel hitch when hooking up - they originally told me they would only replace with the same one - so no problem - today my new one arrived and it is the roll up one and got it installed and it looks great!! Kudos to great customer service and a company who stands behind their product!! Needless to say I am very happy and will be recommending their products to everyone I know!!

I have had the roll up version for a while now. It is decent however the velcro in the tracks slides past the stops which is kind of annoying. I also think something metal should have been used were the cover mounts into the rails up front.
