High quality, good capacity, heated mugs?

I've used a few types of heated coffee mugs over the past few years and they all wear out or malfunction after a while. The last one had a melt down in the office. I went to unplug it and the plug was heat welded to the jack on the cup. One side of the mug looked like cracked melted wax too.

So those of you that have plug-in mugs for your tea and coffee - what have you found that works well?

I recently bought a hydro flask at REI camping store. It is a small vacuum bottle, holds about 18Oz of fluid. I drink cold drinks and this thing keeps my drink & ice all day. It should do the same with coffee.
