ABS dash light

Was told by a mechanic that since my 150 has larger tires (35s), larger gears (4.88) and diff (9.75) that the module has trouble reading the code therefore the ABS dash light is always on. Has anyone experienced this? Was also told to garbage The Edge programmer that I have installed. This programmer is a generic unit made for many trucks and these programs screwed up my module. Is this true???

You probably have a loose or corroded connector at the ABS harness at one or more wheels. In any event, the act of checking each one and re-connecting is good maintenance.

New ABS sensors installed with all wiring double checked. Was told my a Ford Tech that this issue is caused by stated above problem. A new module was required with a flashing. Wondering if anyone else had this issue??
