need advice-chamber bushings

I am changing my ball joint's and tie rod end's and in the process have noticed that the factory chamber bushing's are fixed so no adjusting them. Will have to change them in order for the front end to be aligned. Well I went on-line to see about ordering new ones and was slapped in the face by what seemed like 50 different bushings. Some made of metal and other's made of urethane(like moog are) which surprised me. Plus all the different degree variations. I have never purchased or even changed these before so any advice on brand and material type would be greatly appreciated.

They make adjustable camber bushings. If your shop doesn't keep a full range, this may be the way to get your alignment. If you don't like them as permanent, use it to find what you do need, then order that one and swap it in later.

I am having a hard time finding a shop that knows how to work on these. So far, they all just set the toe and tell me the rest can't be changed without heating and bending the I-beam. Idiots.

Heating and bending the I-beams? In 1946 maybe! Nominate them for idiots of the month!

lol

Lucky for me I have a good shop here local and they do stock them. I called today and talk to the guy and he was cool about it and even told me to check a couple other thing's that might need fixed before I bring it to him. Funny how thing's just keep adding up, at this rate I'm gonna have a dang near rebuilt 96.
