52 F5 4x4

Welcome to fte, a few of us have been watching this truck. Looks really nice. I had an extra battery cover step a few months ago but sold two of my cabovers and the extra step to someone over the sea's . Finding one might be a challenge or make one
I still have a 51 COE (not 4x4) but its a possible future project involving a chassis swap?
Ive got the younger brother to yours. In my avatar (53 c600 MH) body is rough but i drive it.
The other items should be available from dennis carpenter, lmc trucks and other venders.
As for the big truck parts and the Marmon Herrington specific parts Chucks trucks LLC in Ct is the place to go.
Edit. One other thing, i dont recall for sure and im viewing this on my phone
So cant see the picture really good but those wheels look to be widow makers? That is something you will want to addresse first,.

Ahhh, you found us! Several of us here were aware of your truck and were watching it on the Reno CL. You have a real prize there. Besides those few of us that have Marmon-Herringtons and will help if we can, your primary resource for parts, service, literature, and plain good advise is Chuck Mantiglia of Chuck's Trucks in CT. He is the guru. Below is a link to his web site. Again, congratulations on your new baby. Stu
Chucks Trucks LLC., Chuck's Trucks, Chucks Trucks
Edit - as you proceed with gathering up needed parts for your COE, please do some reading about the truck's wheels. The rims are known in the trade as Firestone RH-5°, more commonly called widow makers. Tubeless replacements exist and would be a good early investment. Stu

Thanks guys for response. Ran to get it on & off trailer. Changed fuel filter next day @ home & drove around the block like a champ. Purrs like that beautiful Flathead V8 should. Heavy Duty truck Mechanic for almost 40 years, changed many tires on the "widowmakers" back in the 70's.Would like to update. What works? Maybe motor home wheels? I'll post more as I get into it.

Here's a link to the classified section. Finding wheels locally might be too much to expect. Stu
