F150 goes forward in Reverse and Neutral

Ok so I went mudding the other day and got stuck so bad I had to leave the truck over night. Since I got it out the next day and has been a headache since. Park works as park should but truck wont rev up past 2500 rpm. Reverse the truck lurches FORWARD (yes it jumps forward) and comes to a sudden stop and then does the same as park wont rev up past 2500 rpm. Neutral, Drive, 2nd, 1st all act as if they are Drive. I just hope it is anything other than my Forward clutches heated together. HELP!!!

Check the MLPS/TR sensor on the driver side of the transmission. The connector is probably filled with water/dirt/mud.

For reference:

Cleaned up the connection with brake cleaner and still no luck. The reason why I thinking it could be forward clutches is because reverse always took about 5sec to kick in and that's why it is lurching forward in reverse until it kicks in
