My dad has a 2007 F150 Lariat truck that he just bought a set of wheels off of a new 2014 F150. He's hoping to get the sensors programed to his truck but from what I can tell, the two is not compatible. Not without putting the proper sensors inside the new wheels. I found a programming tool on ebay that might work but I'm not sure yet. Part# TPMS19. If someone can tell me if this tool would work, he's willing to buy it just to get rid of that silly low tire light. I've seen where someone took wheels from an 2007 to put on a 2013 and reprogrammed them so why couldn't it work other way around.
