New f150 stereo in 2008

This is probably a stupid question that nobody knows but does anyone know if a 2011 f150 touch screen stereo will fit in a 2008 f150?

Is it possible? Maybe, but not without some pretty extensive work.
What has you so drawn to the 2011 touch screen? There are a multitude of aftermarket options that will blow away the Ford touchscreen in terms of user interface and sound.
