15" Rims on a 2001?

I'm new here, but it looks like a good forum. I bought a 2001 Expedition 4X4 yesterday and it has 20" ghetto rims on it. They have to go before any of my friends see the truck wth those ugly rims. Can I run a set of 15X8 rims temporarily on it? Will they clear the brake calipers? I found a set on Craigslist with off-road tires, but want to make sure they will clear the 2001 brakes?

I'm learning a lot everyday about this Expedition I just bought. I assumed it being a Ford full size truck that the pattern would be 5 on 5 1/2. Not so for my 1991. So I am still searching for a set of rims.

i think those would be a 5x135 for a 2001. probably is 5x5.5 on whatever your 1991 is though.

i don't think 15" will fit for the exact reason you stated.
