Diff oil

Hi All,
I got a leaking rear diff gasket
What is the recommend diff oil after I replace the gasket
Might be a dumb question, I have never replaced the diff oil in my F250
Done it plenty of times on my old F100's

Cheers,
Patchy

I use this Patchy.
Full Synthetic 80W-140 Heavy Duty Limited Slip Differential Oil- Nulon Australia

No gasket. Use tube goo.

Also double check the breather tube isn't blocked while you are at it. Its often the cause of leaky diffs, and if not fixed, even with new goo, it will begin leaking again very soon.

Well that answers my question,
There are two different diff covers listed on the Riffraff site and i was not sure what to order. They look like they will make servicing a lot easier.
Thanks Brian

I assume your truck has the ZF5 trans, right?

If so, any synthetic auto transmission fluid that is rated for Mercon V (it should say on the side of the container)

Its a Ford Sterling 10.25/10.5

Riff Raff are probably your best bet for something like that.
