The button on the shift lever wouldn't lock out OD on my 93 F150 with the E4OD trans. I replaced the botton on the end of the lever but that didn't cure the problem. Other than that the transworks as it should. What should I try next?
Thanks, Jerry

A common problem is the wires chafing where they exit the shift lever. Take the plastic shrouding off the steering column and take a look...
