I'd love to have it. Just my style. But think they are asking just a BIT much for it.
What did they cost new? My '96 F350 SC dually was about $26K sticker.

$24K! It's got no miles on it but all the rubber and gaskets and all those other parts are 18yrs old so it's not a new truck anymore. $24K would buy you a brand new current model that would tow that thing around backwords and get WAYYY better gas milage.. not to mention ride better and tow and carry more, but there is often somebody out there with more money than common sense that will pay the asking price. Nice truck but no.. not that nice.

I'm not disputing this, but you haven't been truck shopping lately.
I was just on the Ford lot a few weeks ago and a 2012 F-150 had a sticker of $36K!
A new truck is in the $50K and up range anymore. ....at least around here they are. Unless you're good with a stripped down V6 model. Then you could pick one up a year or two old for $24K.
....either way, this guy is smoking crack.

The shot under the hood tells me he never cleaned anything. Jeez, my '89 has 150K miles and is cleaner then that and been living in Ohio winters for 5 yrs now.
I tried looking for original retail price on those trucks, I'm guessing he is trying to get it ALL back?
KBB says $3900, but I'd guess I would go $5-6K easy if it was really that nice. It really is the truck I really want, to a TEE. If it was kept out of the sun the rubber and such should be "ok".
I just can't find a truck that nice anywhere anymore. I don't want someone else rust bucket.
Conaski.........I'd be real curious to see about mileage. My '95/302/auto would get 17 around town easy. 19-20 on the highway if you stayed around 65 mph. My buddy just traded in his '02 superduty for a '10 F150 with 5.4/3.73s. I'm going to see what kind of mileage he gets. I don't think new trucks get any better mileage then years back overall. Granted, built the right way it could, but the generally built F150 still sucks for gas mileage. there again, for $30K it should get better.
