Different Radiator supports for different engines?

Shouldn't be any difference there. The 6 cyl non-A/C rad support was different, had a smaller opening, but can be cut out to accept the larger radiator.
There is a difference between early and late models though. Early models used a brass/copper radiator, and had a top/bottom clamp mount, while the later ones used a plastic/aluminum radiator and had ears sticking off the sides to mount it.
