Lpop & relief value don't jump out at me for your no starting concern because you're getting oil coming up to the oil filter housing, doesn't make a difference how long it takes to show up it's enough to supply the hpop. We need some hard numbers for your IPR ... and as ncpppartsman states you need 500 psi from ICP to get her going!

D-plugs go into the holes not being used on The high psi oil rails.

Well, two things are certain:
1. You have a substantial oil leak
2. Something is wrong with the filling rate of the oil filter (which most likely directly relates to LPO supply).

I don't think it is acceptable to live with either of those (especially because the volume of LPO AND HPO could be impacted by both).

Solve those and then see what your icp is - my .02

If you want to verify the integrity of the HPO system (which is never a bad idea when dealing w/ a no-start and low ICP values), then do an air pressure check before you start changing parts.

Well i finally tore into the front of the engine to find my problem. I shattered the inner gear of the LPOP. Which also busted the pump front cover and the water pump front cover of the engine.

I could see no abnormal wear or damage to the surfaces of the gears other than where they broke. The gear exploded and jammed itself into the outer gear teeth completely clearing the front of the crank. I found no shards or shavings anywhere.

I ordered the assembly from Ford which included all parts except for the water pump. Which leads me to believe that this is a know issue hence there is a complete kit to repair it. I also bought a new water pump just to change it while I'm in there. Gonna change the belt as well. Also I'm going to build a CCV reroute because i found allot of oil residue in the intake plumbing.

I greatly appreciate you posting up your findings.

Best of luck w/ the repairs.

As for the ccv re-route, I like mine, but some frown on it. Just make sure you do not put in a system that back-pressures the crankcase.

My ccv reroute was a 3/4 hose directed underneath the truck. Intake stayed spotless after i did it. Cost about 3 bucks for the pvc plug to plug the hole in the intake tube where the original blow by tube connected.

I like the fact that my intake and turbo are dry now, and my new turbo boots are not taking a beating after the reroute, but in the right conditions I can smell it and see a little smoke when the light hits it just right. I dumped mine right behind the cab. was thinking about extending it to the bed area.

Can someone tell me what the port shown in this picture is? Its right on top of the block between the front cover and the intake.

If its some sort of oil pressure sensor port or something i want to put a sender in it now while i have access to it.

I think the port you're referring to is in the oil cooler cover, it does look like it's in the block when the cover is installed. It the oil pressure test port, I guess Ford has a quick-connect fitting for it or somthing. Great place for a pressure sender to run a REAL gauge.

Piolet posted a pic a while back of his sender installed in this location:

The pic was originally posted by Piolet so I don't know about the sender in the pic. When you shop for gauges make sure it comes with the sender. 1/8 NPT (pipe thread) is a common size.
