EGR delete

Cost:
100-200$ EGR Delete Parts
30-50$ Turbo/Intake Gaskets
80-100$ Coolant Flush/Refill
Do not use any supplied Egr valve block off plate, keep Egr valve plugged in for proper fan operation.
Coolant flush isn't needed, can just refill with Zerex G05 or Ford Gold, or whatever you happen to be running (Hopefully ELC).

If you're a slow guy like myself, and run into minor troubles I would figure 10 hours for the delete.
And one tip for you: when you install the new up-pipe, do not tighten the bolts on the bottom that bolt it to manifold before installing turbo. Leave those bolts for the last. It can save you some headache getting the turbo to sit properly.
On edit: 10 hours was accumulated hours done over several evenings. If you can stick with it, it may well be less time.
