Got to pack it up with food and beverages and do a bit of housekeeping but feeling ready for a break.

Have a good day everyone.
What is the process you use to sanitize your water system and what do you use?

When you leaving? Weather looks to be pretty good overall.

Pool got to 80 yesterday. Was pretty nice. Does feel muggy now

One cup of bleach to a couple of gallons of water. Run it into the water system just like antifreeze and let it sit for two hours and then flush it out. Before we use the big tank same process, just more bleach for 110 gallons, then flush.

We head out Sunday for two weeks, then back in September for the whole month. Of course I have meetings and stuff so we'll be back and forth but looking forward to a break.

I'll have to flush mine again. I didn't let it set. I also used a concentrated bleach so maybe I'll just get a normal strength and try

Those the only two trips to the same place?

The two longer term stays are both at Mapleview. If we can free up a weekend we can hook up and go anywhere we can fit. With a big water tank and 5500 watt genny we can dry camp anywhere we can fit the rig - which is somewhat limiting at "38'" (probably closer to an actual 40-42 depending on how you measure. Too big for most, but not all state park sites. But lots of other places in ME, NH and VT we can get in. Might shoot for the shore and a little ocean if we get a free weekend.

I just use regular Clorox. It is pretty rugged stuff and will kill most bugs if you just let it sit for a while - they say two hours is plenty.

That's right, holiday weekend coming up. Woo hoo. I'll be sticking close to home, trying to finish up moving to the new place.

Morning Jim. I'll get some pics up tomorrow. Our flood wasn't nearly as bad as they thought it was going to be, only had a little water in one parking lot!
