Bedliner cleat covers?

Bedliner cleat covers?
Anyone know what these are officially called? I have a Ford brand plastic bedliner in my 6.5' F150 bed. These "tiedown/cleat" covers are plastic caps that cover up and essentially help hold in place the bedliner. They attach through the cleats at the front of bed. As you can see mine are cracked pretty good and I'm looking to see if I can get replacements anywhere or if I should attempt to repair them with JB Weld. Anyone know the actual names of these or where I could get new ones? The only numbers on the back of them are CAV # 2, and CAV # 3. I'm coming up empty through Google searches.
