Return Fuel line Removal

Return Fuel line Removal
Trying to remove the fuel line coming off the Fuel Pressure Regulator (FPR) on the Fuel Bowl of 2002 F-250 7.3 SD. There is a clip connected to the two fuel lines clamped on to the block: What is the recommendation at this point to facilitate removal? Do I have to disconnect both of these line and pull them up. I really only need to raise the one line at the top so i can re-flare the end after cutting it off since it broke at the FPR fitting on the fuel bowl. Have new FPR with extended threads to compensate for having to cut off the flare tubing end from dieselorings.com .

The return line and the pressure line is a one piece unit. They are welded together at the bracket.
To re-flare the line, it is actually easier to remove the fuel bowl to give yourself more room and work on the line on the truck.
