I could go for some brisket and pulled pork right now. Might have to get some supplies in for a good smoking session soon.

I could do some ribs too. And my brother and I are getting ready to start foraying into making our own sausage Tim. We have a good sausage stuffing machine and the casings and some good quality pork. Just have to get the seasonings we ant to make it. Then that will go on the smoker.

Not a problem Tim. It works well. I have used it a few times. I need to get some material in soon to make a new cover for our smoker. The old one is wearing out. I can use the old for a pattern to cut the new one out and sew it together. Sadly the company we bought it from is no longer in MD and does not make that smoker anymore so no parts are available for it. But Gives a good reason to look for a new smoker to replace it when the time comes.

Went to the desert today to do some shooting. Did a little rock climbing but caught in a major sandstorm! Had sand in all those cracks that are so hard to clean up.

Not too bad for a stock suspension.

Looks like you had a good day Tim. I need to get the truck off road soon. It needs to see some good sights.

Yeah, it was a fun day. Except for the sandstorm.
