That would make for an exciting day! Nice red too.

Hope to start a little body work this weekend and maybe eventually end up in the same place.

yes David that is exactly what I was asking about , Thanks .. Found the 2 rear spring perches I needed for the back .. OEM NOS on craigslist for $75 was happy about that .. havn't decided what I'm doing up front yet .. Doing all my welding before I have it sand basted .. Was just happy to find a good solid 76 highboy rolling chassis with a title .. I had only the 2 rear spring perches, one drivers side cab mount like you , and one hole for the core support to be concerned about .. I have the 68 galaxie 390 and a built C-6 ready to go for it .. The plan is to get the rolling chassis completed by winter and indoors so I can work on the sheet metel then .. Yours is really looking good and keeping me motivated Looks like you got quite a crew there to help you celebrate the new cab

Nice and congrats on the paint job. I know a few old boys around here that'd put a 5K paint job to shame that work out of a few different shacks on an old field property...low over head and proper tools and paint booth makes for a cheap paint job.................now I gotta stop doing stuff around the house and get on my truck again....it's been sitting neglected for way to long.

Cab came out really nice. Are the fenders, hood, and box already done? I bet your anxious to start assembly. Nothing like a fresh paint job to to spike the motivation meter.

Nice teaser...

I try not to look at these build threads until like 65 pages, lol.

....i get anxious.

If the rest of your truck looks that good, maybe i will have to stop by.
Very excited for you.
