what other pics would u like? I can walk out to truck and take them
there is a little L bracket, riveted to the center cover, the extensions stick thru the L bracket, and there is a nut to tighten to hold the tip still.
I then screwed the tpms sensors onto the stem.
you cannot see the other end of the extension because it is behind the outer wheel piece between the hand holds.

Had some parts lift over from my recent air leak repairs. Found this clip on valve stem filler at a Napa auto parts store.
The fittings and hose I had. This works real good for getting air into the tires, especially the inners.
The stem connector pops off like an automative air chuck.

you just need a helper to check that tire pressure.
