does the red tail light tape stick well temporarily
well my cousin closed my gate on my tail light, dont have a rear bumper, bought the truck recently and on the list of things to get. Now the tail light is smashed and electrical taped up to hold together, debating on leaving it as is or spending the money for the cheap tape but I dont want to put it on if its just going to fall off quickly, anyone use it before?

I have had it last over a year before. Seems to stick well but will fade over time.

I agree with Jas, however if you got a pick and pull in your area, I would just go grab another tail lamp, where I live the local yard they are about $5 - $10 a pop and the tape is usually around the same price depending on where I go for it...

You can find tail lights NIB for $25 at any auto parts store, why not just replace it?
