Help, just bought a 92 F150 automatic with the straight six

when you turn the key to on, the abs light comes on, goes out for a second, then comes back on and stays on, does the same thing when you start it up.

I took a YouTube video showing this, and showing the codes that I tried to retrieve.

I checked the reservoir and it was full, so I thought maybe the sender in the reservoir was bad so I swapped it out for a good one, that didn't fix it either
