I am going to be cleaning/replacing if needed the lash adjusters (lifters) in my 04 f150 possibly cam phaser if it's needed as well I want to have all the parts before beginning this headache. I'm pretty sure it's 2 per cylinder does anyone know for sure?

 

New body style (NOT the Heritage) will have the 3V, meaning 3 valves per cylinder and also 3 lash adjusters per cylinder.
