I would also like to add a thanks to all the veterans and rememberance to all those who so bravely fought and are no longer with us. Words simply cannot express the gratitude I have for all of you...thank you!!!

I agree, with out my brothers in arms from years gone by even I would not be here now.

I have three kids in the Army..they are protecting me now.

Agreed! And I believe the ones that have paid the ultimate sacrifice know that they are NOT forgotten! POWs, MIAs....The American people remember..whether our govt chooses to reflect that or not. We won't forget!

Never too early, never too late either. I had the privilege of visiting with a WWII vet today. I've known him for years but never knew he served. He was wearing his cap from the Honorflight to DC. He said he was overwhelmed when his flight arrived back home and family and friends were there to greet him. It made my day to hear his story.
