I'm working on swapping in a 2003 cummins common rail into my 1970 highboy crew. I purchased engine mounts from Fordcummins.com and the motor positions nicely except for the power steering pump is right in the way of my 79 steering box. Not sure what to do about that. Has anyone else ran into this problem? I'm stumped on how to make it work.

Nobody probably had this problem exactly on a common rail install that's nice I'd go that route if the motors weren't so much. Got any more pics around the mounts and engine/frame clearances

 

I found a fitting from destroked that will allow me to move my PS reservoir. That should give me some room to put the steering box back in the frame. Hopefully it will be enough room.
