super duty grill mesh 05-07

i would like to add a filler between the factory fog lights using a material that looks like the 05-07 grill mesh

anyone have a source for this material say in metal?

i had some made for my 99 to match its grill,l but the 05-07 is a larger pattern and place not doing small runs an more

It is called expanded metal. Many places have it in stock.

do they make it that looks like the mesh in the grill?

i am familiar with the expanded metal but don't think it looks like the patten in the 05-07 grill
but if so thats great

It is the closest you are going to get without actually getting another mess insert and cutting out the parts you need.

Expanded metal comes in a very wide variety of thicknesses and hole sizes. One of the sizes and thicknesses matches almost perfectly. Sorry I don't know which one though.

thanks tat may be close enough
i have a spare grille but mesh part is not wide enough

so short of having some made the expanded metal may be best option

ok goer er done
ended up buying a new grill and cut a section out of it to make a filer piece to fit between the fog lights
looks pretty good
