Sagging front fender

Anybody experienced a problem with the front fenders pulling away from the cab ; my passenger side is sagging about 1/4" from the cowl; drivers side is good.

That's not good. Are the fenders properly attached to the frame and the radiator support? Are the cab mounts sound?

Do you have the running boards attached? That would change the manner in which they meet the cowl.

Inner fender panel plays a big roll in fender alignment.

Without seeing what you're seeing, it's hard to say what the problem could be, if any. There is supposed to be a pretty healthy gap between the cowl and fender, which is why there is a fat rubber filler that takes up the space. How does the hood fit at the tops of the fenders?

I won't make any comments about keeping fat chicks away from the truck.
But as Bob and Dmack says...the inner fenders being in the proper position and not having wallered-out bolt holes everywhere it attaches will play a major role in getting the outer fenders in good alignment.

AS Wayne indicated this may be normal. We need pictures! Here is how to do it if you don't know how (https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...l#post14372742).

It is pretty hard for those fenders to sag if you have all the braces. Inparticular part #16272 which is bolted to the very stout radiator support which is then bolted to the frame make it a pretty sturdy assembly. I agree with Wayne. It reads like you are missing part #16078 - rubber seal?
