You pull the sensor out and with a small bladed tool clean each
notch of the ring one at a time. Yes it sucks.

For those who are injecting grease into their front wheel hubs via the ABS sensor holes, how are you keeping the tone ring clean?

They don't.
On top of that the extra grease has no where to go and
as it expands it will put pressure on the seals.

Then it might be the sensor. Too bad you don't have access to the
right diagnostic tools to pin point this.
Do you have an extra sensor that you can swap in to test with?

I wanted to verify what you have replaced.
The rear sensor
The right sensor
The left sensor
Is this list correct?

yes that list is correct also have tried different new sensors on the left front also have put two hubs on the right front and getting ready to take that hub off again because i noticed there is play from top to bottom and my ball joints are all new so its not them . when i put my wheel back on after cleaning the tone rings so gonna take this one back and have them credit since its under warranty and go out to ford and get one of there hubs and put that one. we are getting a reading from the sensors but there reading fast and were thinking thats what is setting the light since the reading from each front sensor is different thats why we were leaning towards the abs module thninking module is screwing the info up

The error C1222 is indicating the problem is with the RIGHT front.

Have you tried different new sensors on the RIGHT front yet?

Also do a good inspection of the plugs for any corrosion
that WILL cause errors. Clean with contact cleaner then
apply dielectric grease to keep it form coming back.

This could be just a weak sensor on one side. The true
tell all would be to look at the signal on a scope to
see shat the signal looks like.

If you have a scope and you spin the wheel you should
see something that looks like this. BTW this is the Fan
Speed Sensor on the 6.0L diesel

If I have time tomorrow I pull one form the wheel speed sensor
and I will post it for you and anyone else that wants to see.

You have a bad wheel bearing if oneside is reading faster than the other its not the sensor . When one goes the other is not far behind . Replaced mine the other was gone within 5k . New bearings come with new sensors also
