2001 F-250 Diesel Tailgate Cap Part Number?

I have a whole new painted tailgate on its way to me right now but I like this cap, however how does it work with a cap?
The current tailgate cap I have follows the contour of the top of the tailgate very closely and this onelooks to have a falt spot for resting lumber etc. Can anyone confirm if I'm thinking about this correctly....
The issue I even have with even my existing tailgate cap is that when I'm hooked up to the horse trailer and hit highway speeds, the airflow coming off the front of the trailer begins to lift the hatch to my leer cap......which is no bueno. So I ahve to bungee the damn thing closed when I tow, I think the OEM cap that is linked here would be even worse for me as it has that squarish lip to it......hmmmmmm

Anyone know what other tailgate caps are interchangeable? I have a local junk yard that has all kinds of trucks all the time but never any full sized Ford's. Anyone ever had any lick getting one off without snapping all the clips? I rolled up my tonneau cover one day and my wife drove the truck, she came back and it was gone... Hope it didn't hurt anyone.
Also since it's kinda on topic. On the passenger side hinge is there supposed to be a piece of rubber in there to take up the gap? I noticed mine is flopping around lately.
