So is there some way to ad ABS wheel speed? It works on the 05 but not the 03... What about EGR duty cycle, EGR error?

yes: ICP (long name= Injection Control Pressure) has a short name of HPOP and reads in PSI (PID = 221446)

IPR (long name = Injector Pressure Regulator Duty Cycle), has Short name of IPR
and reads in % (PID = 221434)

ICP Voltage (that's the long name) is PID 2216ad, units are Volts. I think the 1st two are in the standard set of Ford Extended PIDs for the 6.0, this last one may be by now, but here's the rest:

Short Name: ICP V
Minimum Value: 0.0
Maximum Value: 5.0
Scale factor: x1
Unit Type: Volts
Equation: (((A*256)+B)*(72/10000))/100
ODB Header: Auto

Hope that's what you were looking for...
Diesel I thought what you had was what i was looking for.. what ium wanting to know is if can set a gauge to read the icp psi? and the pid already there for icp comes up as hpop. i am assuming it actually reads the hpop psi and not the icp.. I'm hoping that there is one for the icp that will read psi...

My ABS speed sensors all work, but I've got an '07 -- Have you tried (while someone else is driving) to do a Torque Scan off the main screen? EGR Duty Cycle and EGR Error are also there for me. Interesting to watch the effect the EGR has on IAT2 temps

You need to just change the "short name", like Money-Pit suggested earlier, to ICP. They are one in the same, if you prefer ICP instead of HPOP just edit the Custom PID and change the short name to ICP, and that will become the name in the Gauge.

Is that what you are after or am I missing something?

I understand what you have said concerned in naming each pid. There should be a pressure reading for each for the icp and the hpop. That's what I'm needing to diagnose a no start issue on my truck.

Icp=hpop=icp....it's the same. For a no start, see what your icp psi is while cranking. Ya need 500+ to start.

Start another thread with all of the specifics of your symptoms and what you have tried/know. Make sure we know what your truck is...

If I'm adding the Delta temp, what do I need to change so I can read it °C? Simply change the F to C or will that create undesired results? I am Canadian!

assuming your temps are all C (master setting choice), I'd try dropping the +32s and the parans that match with them...

Does Torque read EBP on an early 2004? I can't get any readings on it.

It doesn't work on mine (early 04). It reads something, but the result is always 0 psi.
