Those are both lubricants, not penetrating oil. They haven't touched the joint at all. You need to use PB Blaster. Soak the shaft 1-2 times a day for a week. Try again next weekend, and if it still hasn't popped loose, then come back. You need to get a chemical down in there to start working before you can even get started. Here's the can you're looking for:

Google "Mouse Milk" and see if you can locate some local, or try Sea Foam Deep Creep or "CRC Freeze Off Super Penetrate".
See if you can get the special swivel neck pipe wrench used in plumbing to get the nuts off the underside of a faucet to get in there.
Usually there is way to much stuff (a/c bracket/vacuum advance valve ect...) to really be able to get in there and get a grip on it. Try a strap wrench, or a small pipe wrench.
Worse case you will have to access from below and tap up on it. Yes that means getting in way deeper than you probably want to to just get a dizzy removed.

When you do pull it, be careful for the connection shaft from the oil pump to bottom of distributor, to come with it or stay in the oil pump, it has been known to fall out all together.
Use a dab of grease to keep it centered in the hole come distributor reinstall time.
