how much for the t-case linkage from shifter to the part that mounts to the transmission. as well as the rear drive shaft? shipped to 95117

 

Rear drive shaft is sold. $50 for the tcase linkage.

 

Need the instrument panel bezel with fuel selector switch. Also a couple of attachment clips for mounting to the dash over the instruments. I'll try to get a picture of exactly what I'm talking about. Shipping to 36069
