As you can see from my post on the "What did you do to your 6.0 today" thread I'm getting ready in the next couple of weeks to change out a bunch of stuff on my truck (early 2003 6.0) like the HPOP and oil cooler.

So, should I do the flush now? The truck still runs at idle up to 1500 RPMs so I can get it hot. I have a coolant filter to install also, and the ELC, and dist water.

I would do the flush as close to the work being done as possible. Don't forget the VC-9 since your replacing the cooler.
