Does anybody have any suggestions as to how I might easily fab up a new defroster duct attachment neck? As you can see in the pic my PS vent is missing the duct attachment neck. I am installing a vintage air Gen II compac and the defroster vents that come in their kit are way too small to fit my dash defroster vent outlets.
Tyler, I have one of them extra. If you are not in a real hurry, I am on the road for a few more days. I could look for it when I get home next week. PM me if you would like it.

Thanks Fred! I'd appreciate it if you'd check. Scott (tinman52) is checking his inventory too. Thanks man! Lemme know what you find. Best, t
I hate to admit this, but as a temporary fix, I created one from a cardboard tube and electrical tape. It will hold until I finally scout out a proper replacement.

Looks like the guy who posted before you- firstrider - says he has a whole box of them! T
For round tubes, I wonder how larger shop vac tubes slit up one side and pulled smaller with zip ties would work? Think like bigger version of that split loom for wire groups. Don't know how well it would work, but might even be able to form it to a square or rectangle using a heat gun?
I have some late model Ford engine intake air tubing or ducting that might would work with mods too?
When I converted my '77 to Factory A/C after stripping a '73 and a '79, I noticed the differences, so I used the '79 parts, the '73 stuff was in pieces by 1986.
