The seat belts use bolts only. The nuts are part of the floor pan.
As I recall, the bolts are 7/16" SAE (fine) thread shoulder bolts.

I checked the parts catalog and they are 7/16"-20 (fine) bolts. The description reads: Part number 386274-S100 Bolt, pan head, self tapping, 7/16"-20 X 1 3/4"

Usually star head bolt only and hope the nuts in the floor pan are not stripped out. Great time to change to reg 6 pt bolt head style bolt.

If you do change the bolts, don't use anything less than grade 8.

You may also consider chasing the threads with a 7/16-20 tap for the nuts in the floor and then using a little lube on the bolts when installing.
