370 ?? on two bolt holes.

Just had my 370 rebuilt and have two open holes in the block I am not sure what goes in them. One is to the right of the fuel pump at the same level looks to be a oil passage or?? The other is on the passenger side of engine about an inch towards front engine between trans and head also appears to be oil passage. Just not sure if they are just suppose to be plugged as I have nothing left to put in those two spots. Thanks.

Moe, there's a block drain on each side of the engine.
