coolant runs stright into oil pan

It is a 02 cc, and has been sitting for 2 years, due to bad injectors. got it going, now once you fill the coolant it will run right into the oil pan.
I'm planning on pulling the motor tomorrow, pulling the pan off and finding out what it is, anybody run in to this before?

I made sure it was full of coolant while it was sitting and I already tried the oil cooler, had new water pump and injector cups in the last, 30,000 miles. I don't think it's cavitated because it's never locked up

When you say you already tried the oil cooler, what did you replace? The only time ive seen coolant quicky contaminate the oil is when the oil cooler was resealed with AFTERMARKET O-Rings. These do not fit properly and get sliced upon installation, causing fluids to mix. Removing these orings and using ford ones has solved the issue every time.

I did use an aftermarket one, but I pulled it back off and filled it with water to test that even left it sit over night, it didn't cut the O-rings. I guess I better get to work on that dumb thing.
